How much fun is this? The barn above (High Country Hoops) will be one of the features this weekend at the Naples Botanical Gardens. A dozen floral designers will be competing for top prize using the works of three artists as their inspiration. I will be there Friday painting for Bob's BIG Art Show at the Art Cellar in Banner Elk later in May. Folks, this is what "March Madness" is all about! Should be a lot of fun. Also, yesterday I received a note from the Tennessee Watercolor Society that "Still Waters" was selected for this year's 35th Exhibition to be held at The Emporium, Arts and Culture Alliance in Knoxville later in May. I became a Signature Artist of TnWS in 2008, and it has been a while since I either entered or was accepted…cool, and thanks World Famous Watercolor Artist, 2016 Exhibition Juror, Awards Judge and Workshop Instructor John Salminem!
